Associate Attorney - Litigation (Houston, TX)
A national litigation defense firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience and a Texas law license. The role includes handling a range of matters such as personal injury, auto/trucking, and premises liability for major clients.

Key Skills

  • Strong legal research, analysis, and writing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently or on a team
  • Knowledge of court procedures
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Core Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Prepare case evaluations and client communications
  • Participate in mediations and court appearances
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
